OK, as usual, I will begin with my log:
B: 1/2c flax cereal, 1/4c milk, cc, 1/2 apple
L: salad, 1.5 high-fiber crackers, 1tbsp dressing
S: 15 saltines, 1 mini bun, 1 prune, 1/2 apple
D: 1 chicken kebob (6-7oz?), 1/8 red onion, 1/2 grilled pepper
S: 1/2 granola bar, 1 mini danish
Damn that last snack! Well, today is a new day. Eating clean is always a battle for me -- especially weekends. I'll see how I fare this weekend. It will be the ultimate battle!
As for today, the plan (if I choose to accept it):
B: 1/2 flax cereal, 1/4c milk, cc, 1/2c blueberries
L: salad, 1tbsp dressing
S: I am thinking of picking up some almonds and ??? (I'll figure this out)
D: 3oz steamed fish, cooked green beans, maybe brown rice?
Yeah, I need to plan ahead... but I am working on it. Slowly, but surely wins the race, right?
Also, I saw this thing from Beach body called P90x -- it's really cool. A DVD for all muscle groups, plus some yoga video. The only problem is expense. Between the purchase of like 12 DVDs, and then there's the equipment... it's not looking pretty. I know! I can check e-Bay! Just thought of that. If not, maybe there's a cheaper imitation. Hmmmm... OR, I can try to find an alternate workout program. That's really my main struggle because I have no clue what I'm doing! Well anyway, we'll see...
